Viewing Tips:

High speed
internet access (DSL, Cable, Network) is needed to view events.
Dial-up internet access can be used to listen to the audio feed from a webcast.

Stop and Go picture: This is a speed or bandwidth issue. It may be on either the sending or receiving end of the stream. If this is happening to you during a "Live" event, try viewing an archived event. It that event runs smoothly the problem is most likely at the live event location. We webcast from many different locations and that can present many technical challenges, please be patient.

Picture Quality - TV Hook-up: Connecting your computer to your television or VCR usually provides a much better picture. Many computers have a video output that can be connected to your television or VCR, and the earphone output can be connected to the audio input of your TV or VCR. It may sound strange, but the lower resolution of the television can produce a better picture when you view a webcast at full screen mode.
