Sam Williams is the son of Dave and Misel Williams of Vienna, SD.  Born and raised in northern Wisconsin, Sam began tearing up his mother’s horse pasture on his KTM 50 at the age of 5.  From that point on he was hooked on the sport of motocross.  Fast forward to today and you’ll find that Sam’s love for the sport has only grown.  While attending high school he earned a degree in Motorcycle Mechanics, and is now currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin - Superior, majoring in interactive media.  He hopes to use the skills he has learned to get a job in moto media industry.

Sam’s real passion is working to advance the motocross and off-road racing industry in Wisconsin and Minnesota.  From his work with the iFan Sports Network, where he has coordinated over a half a dozen live webcasts of motocross events in the upper midwest, to his constant pursuit to find ways to make the sport more accessible to the general population, Sam fills much of his time brainstorming ways in which he can pull the sport back up to its pre-recession numbers.
