Superior Spartans traveled to Hermantown to take on the Hawks in Lake Superior Conference play. The first half of play was slightly tilted to Hermantowns advantage getting some good looks at the net. Junior goalkeeper Caden Holden made some nice saves with the assistance of his defensive line to keep the score 0-0 into halftime. The Spartans would score twice in the second half with goals coming from Daryl James and Wyatt Tischler. The two goals would be all the Spartans needed for the conference win. Spartans will play Denfeld Thursday night at NBC Spartan Sports Complex at 7PM.
